Regina Ixodidae is a heavily armoured Titan encountered on Mars. They are bigger version of the Thylus Ixodidae genus, and are usually encountered together. The 12 armor rating ensure that only heavy weapon or blast cannon will do enough damage to kill them.
When killed, they will sometime spawn two Micro Ixodidae ; you will need other counter measure for theses buggers, like cluster mine, droids, or aoe damage from heavy weapons.
