The Memnonius Maximus is the first big titan encountered on Mars. While being lightly armored, you should be mainly concerned by its high hit points and the fact it come with lots of unarmored Gidrus Memnonius.
They are immune to Spreader Cannon but other turrets should do fine, especially with some Reactor. Putting specific anti-armor turret is not a good idea.
